What is Centerline
Centerline is an Occupational Therapy private practice. It was established by Jan Tracy over 20 years ago when insurance companies mandated managed care. Recognizing that under the insurance and corporate medical system she was no longer able to provide the best care for the best outcomes of her clients, she leapt into the private practice world and has never looked back. Through Centerline, Jan is able to actualize her vision to provide each individual with the necessary time and attention, care and compassion, expertise and education to realize or maximize their full function and potential whether following an injury or to experience and engage in the activities that are important in their daily life across the age continuum. Jan has traveled throughout the US providing therapy with monthly clinics in IA, IL, CA and CO (Front range and Western Slope).
Jan draws on the extensive experience she gained when working within acute care, post acute rehabilitation and outpatient therapy settings at a large University teaching hospital as well as smaller not for profits. In these settings she helped patients of all age ranges with diagnoses ranging from multiple trauma, stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, chronic pain, hand trauma, tendonitis, and repetitive motion injury as well as other neurological and musculoskeletal diagnoses. A large part of her outpatient experience is in pediatrics and she was recognized as a Clinical Specialist in sensorimotor, sensory integration and developmental delay. She understands that the therapists providing care in these settings are doing their best within the constraints the system puts on them. Jan is ready to pick up the ball where these therapies have to leave off to facilitate you or your loved ones highest level of function.
Today, Centerline is a thriving private practice where Jan is able to integrate her life’s work in Manual Therapy, Cranial, Developmental, Musculoskeletal, Visceral, Neurological and Developmental function to facilitate your highest potential. Jan is recently located in Arvada, CO and is able to see you in your own home or schedule sessions in a variety of private practice locations in the Denver area.
